Chef Julian Harries-Jones is a classically trained chef with a rich culinary journey. He honed his skills during a rigorous 5-year apprenticeship at George Restaurant under the guidance of Master Chef Lorenzo Loseto. Following this, Chef Julian served as the executive chef at Match Eatery and Casino, where he further developed his expertise. His passion for creating innovative and inclusive meals led him to a successful 5-year tenure as the executive chef at Quest University, where he curated a dynamic culinary experience for a student community.

Transitioning to fine dining, Chef Julian led the kitchen at Salted Vine, renowned for its high-end cuisine. Today, he brings his culinary talents to his own catering company, specializing in a wide range of events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate retreats, special needs camps, and bar mitzvahs. Chef Julian's approach is characterized by thoughtfulness, playfulness, and a commitment to culinary excellence, ensuring each event is memorable and delicious.
